Good Captain is a sailing academy offering hands-on courses, training and events for people who want to sail with confidence.
We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to coordinate projects for our sailing school and develop the digital environment we use every day.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate courses, programmes, events and partnerships.
• Maintain and improve our WordPress website — pages, content, forms and customer journeys.
• Work with HubSpot CRM: maintain data, contacts and forms, and track the customer journey.
• Coordinate content and workflows in NauticEd, ISSA e-learning and other online learning platforms.
• Communicate with instructors, partners and suppliers as needed.
• Track deadlines, tasks, resources and priorities; prepare short status updates and improvement proposals.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and building or maintaining a website is a strong advantage.
• Experience with a CRM system, particularly HubSpot, is an advantage.
• Confident use of digital tools; experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Higher education in management, business or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• An interest in the sea and sailing is an advantage.
